Pamela Palpallatoc

Pamela Palpallatoc serves as counsel to public agencies, non-profits, and private sector clients throughout California. Her practice areas include litigation and labor & employment, including workplace training and preventative counseling. She is a partner alumna of the American Law 100, where she specialized in employment litigation defense. She is admitted to practice in California and all District Courts of the state. While representing businesses ranging from startup to the top of the Fortune 500, she earned three consecutive recognitions in Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch.

Pamela is an alumna of the University of San Francisco School of Law and the University of California Davis. She completed externships with the Honorable Saundra Brown Armstrong, now Senior District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District, and the Honorable Marshall I. Whitley (Ret.) for the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda.

She is a certified community first-responder of the Oakland Fire Department’s CORE Program and is grateful for three generations of her family who served in the U.S. Army.
