Carolina Ugalde

Carolina Ugalde is an Associate at Redwood Public Law and provides advice and counsel to cities, counties and special districts of all types throughout the state with an emphasis on labor and employment related matters.

Carolina was previously a law clerk for Meyers Nave after being a summer fellow in 2020 and 2021 where she worked with a wide range of lawyers in the Special Districts and Municipal Law Group, Litigation Department and Labor and Employment Law Group.

During law school, Carolina was a legal extern at Kaiser Permanente. She served as co-president of the Latinx Law Student Association (formerly La Raza Law Student Association) as well as the staff editor of the UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) Women’s Law Journal.”
